pagn is a Python module to solve the equations presented in Sirko & Goodman (2003) and Thompson et al. (2005), providing fully evolved AGN disk models through parametric one-dimensional profiles of key disk properties such as temperature and density.

Typical applications include:

  • Migration torque calculations in AGN disks.

  • Studies of compact-object formation and evolution in gaseous disks.

  • Comparisons with more sophisticated AGN disk models.

  • Population synthesis and gravitational-wave source modeling in AGN environments.

Installation

The package is available on PyPI and can be installed with:

pip install pagn
